I will soon hire my first employee. I know I must keep a staff register, but what exactly should it contain?
The recruitment of your first employee leads you, in fact, to keep, in paper or computerized form, a staff register.You must enter, indelibly and in the order in which they are hired, including the first and last names of your employees, their date of birth, nationality, gender, employment, qualification, and date of entry.If applicable, you must also mention the kind of their employment contract: fixed-term contract, part-time employee, apprentice, professional training contract, etc. You will also have to indicate the date of departure of the employee when they leave your company.
