Sophie Breton joined Exponens in 1994 after two years at KPMG.
After working as a chartered accountant in a variety of activity sectors, she initiated the creation of the property department in 2005 for which she oversees accounting and tax services (account keeping, auditing, reporting, tax compliance, due diligence, etc.) for French and foreign property companies and investment funds.
In 2008, she initiated the development of expertise within Exponens in accounting for OPCI (collective real estate investment schemes) and today she provides services specifically designed for these property investment vehicles. Sophie Breton also provides regular professional training in this area and participates in the work of the accounting commission of the Association Française des Sociétés de Placement Immobilier (ASPIM – French association of property investment companies).
